Our client, a well-established CRM expert consultancy, is seeking a CRM Senior Consultant / Project Manager for their Hertfordshire office.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience of designing effective business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
An accomplished CRM Project Manager
The applicant must have commercial experience working as a consultant with CRM technologies and in a customer-supplier environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong track-record in Dynamics CRM solutions
Ability to create detailed design documents
Experience of working successfully to deadlines
Highly competent in the preparation of business communications, including specifications, emails, quotations, proposals and reports
Appreciation of business forces, deadlines and client requirements
Degree, preferably in an IT related subject, or equivalent relevant experience
Proven experience with business information systems integration or custom business application design and development in a professional technology consulting, corporate MIS or software development environment
A working knowledge of the following technologies will be highly desirable:
? Microsoft SQL Server Database, Analysis, Integration and Reporting Services
? ASP .NET and client web development (XML, XSL, ASP .NET, AJAX, HTML, Java Script)
? Microsoft Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration technologies (SharePoint Portal Server / Windows SharePoint Services, Content Management Server)
This is a senior, “hands-on” project management post, demanding ownership, accountability and the ability to manage project deliverables to time and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, analysis and communication skills, backed up with substantial knowledge of Dynamics CRM, best practice and optimal deployment approaches. A proven experience of delivering successful projects in the region of 50 – 800 days, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is also a requirement.
Part of the role will be to lead the design process for Clients, so understanding Dynamics CRM and associated products and technologies would be a distinct advantage.
Client CRM Project ownership, including:
? Project Planning
? Resource planning and management
? Managing client project-related issues
? Status Reporting
? Change control
? Internal RAG reporting to Head of Consulting
Working with clients to analyse, define and specify CRM requirements
Architecting effective solutions, based on Dynamics CRM
The production of high-quality documentation for assigned projects
Ownership and accountability to clients for projects being delivered
Implement and configure CRM according to business needs
Estimating for delivering such solutions
Salary: £65,000 basic p.a
