Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas, design and construction contractor is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in the Procurement Department within their offices in Surrey on a one year contract basis.



  • GCSE Maths & English.
  • Must have experience in a similar role.
  • Should be experienced in MS office.
  • Experience in SAP (PR, POs, vendor management) would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience Booking meetings, travel, taxis, visas etc.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Previous experience with Archiving/Document Control.
  • Experience with Audits.
  • Previous experience working within the Oil and Gas industry or similar industry is preferred.


RATE:             £12-13 per hour PAYE or £16.50 Ltd Company basis


DURATION:     One year contract


BENEFITS:     Very Close to the Station and some parking available.
