GRADUATE TRAINEE ENGINEER (CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER) – PERMANENT – SURREY

Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas contractor based in Surrey, is seeking a Trainee Installation Engineer or a Trainee Methods Engineer. They are looking for applicants who are interested in becoming Engineers within the offshore sector, but require some engineering experience.

 

Graduate Engineer to take on Trainee Methods/Installation Vacancy 10564:

Candidates with some experience in a Civil or Structural role and are interested in transferring to the offshore sector or ideally, but not essential, having had previous experience within an installation contractor would be considered. Should have a degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical engineering. At least 3 - 6 months’ experience in Civil or Structural Engineering. (Full job spec available on request)

 

Graduate Engineer to take on Trainee Methods - Vacancy 10581:

Candidates with some experience in a Civil, Structural or Subsea role are preferred.You need to be interested in transferring to the offshore sector or having had previous experience ideally, but not essentially as an installation contractor would be ideal.Should have Civil, Structural or ideally Subsea engineering. (Full job spec available on request)

 

THE COURSE

The course is tailored to provide training within the office to cover the expected engineering and project expectations complemented with specific training courses at our Client’s fabrication sites and tailored courses with specialist training providers. Our Client encourages and supports all engineers in their professional development to achieve Chartered Engineer status.

 

They require candidates for this course, which will take circa nine months to complete whereby the candidates will be ready to fulfil an Installation Engineering role. The course is due to begin in September this year.

 

SALARY & BENEFITS

These are Permanent Staff positions and joining a major organisation would have many large Company benefits. As well, the further training would be second to none in the industry

 

The Client’sOffice are very close to the Station
