INDUSTRIAL CLEANING COORDINATOR – DIRECT HIRE CONTRACT – KAZAKHSTAN

 

Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas contractor, is looking for an Industrial Cleaning Coordinator to work on a project based in Kazakhstan.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Should have a degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 7 Years’ experience in Industrial Cleaning in Oil and gas Industries.
  • Professional with minimum 6-7 years of Operation and Maintenance experience in international Oil & Gas Operations.
  • Deep understanding of the operational workflows and the links to Maintenance and relevant technical disciplines.
  • Personal knowledge of best operational practices and a track record in applying these.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire dispersed multi-cultural communities.
  • Proven ability to implement complex strategies.
  • Proven leadership, communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to forge relationships.
  • Experience in leading and implementing change.
  • Proven track-record in developing people.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Engage and work effectively across all departments in Operations and Maintenance, influence main interface teams through direct contact and effectively communicate across a wide range of cultures.
  • Establish effective and pragmatic ways of working, both business line and functional.
  • Skilled in Oil and Gas processing plant operations.
  • Skilled in interface management with various departments, i.e. Operations, Maintenance and (Production) Project deliverables.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

 

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Lead effort to produce an optimized duration industrial cleaning plan for onshore and offshore incorporated in Mechanical phase activities to ensure critical path work fronts are made available as soon as possible and high standard.
  • Ensure proper engagement with all Interface teams to develop optimal cleaning procedures and plans/structure well before start of the TA. Develop strong Company standard for Industrial cleaning of Equipment

 

JOB SCOPE:

  • Act as Safety Leader to ensure planning and execution is done to minimize personnel and process safety risk.
  • Lead effort to produce an optimized duration industrial cleaning plan for onshore and offshore incorporated in Mechanical phase activities to ensure critical path work fronts are made available as soon as possible and high standard.
  • Lead effort to prepare a scope overview and detailed step outs with procedures and lead review sessions to optimize the turnaround duration/cost including scope challenge sessions/exercises.
  • Planning personnel and equipment requirements to complete TA safely and in a one time;
  • Planning HSE requirements and reporting during TA execution
  • Lead the Industrial Cleaning Contract team to prepare accurate planning (work packages), mobilisation, execution and demobilisation plans.
  • Chair monthly (and as TA approaches more frequent) engagement meetings with Cleaning team (Contractors Onshore and Offshore) teams to ensure all operations/maintenance actions are logged and followed up.
  • Regular engagements in the form of standing meeting to ensure lessons learned, best practices, consistency of approach and integration across the two facilities is regularly communicated and implemented.
  • Act as main focal point with Technical Authorities on matters related to Turnarounds.
  • Ensure there is a clear contractor organizational structure for the turnaround.
  • Ensure that a best in class HSE plan and Supervision are in place for the turnaround including communicating plan and optimal resource coordination.
  • Ensure proper engagement with all Interface teams to develop optimal cleaning procedures and plans/structure well before start of the TA. Develop strong Company standard for Industrial cleaning of Equipment
  • Develop tracking tool for and perform report outs during Execution of Turnaround mechanical phase.
  • Lead effort to collect Lessons learned from previous TA2019 and implement improvements for Planning of TA 2022. and also compile lessons learned from TA 2022 participated in.
  • Train, coach and develop Kazakh national staff.

 

Rate:               US$ negotiable per worked day net of Kazakh tax

 

Duration:           6 month contract

 

Status:             Single status Residential basis working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.

 

Benefits:           Client pays medical insurance/medical evacuation, Accommodation (single status standard).  32 work days of annual leave (unpaid) and 2 paid home leave return flights per residential assignment year.
