Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas, design and construction contractor is seeking a Learning and Talent Development Administrator to work in their Surrey offices.



To provide comprehensive administrative support to this small Learning and Development and Talent Management function through effective process and administration. To initiate and carry out administration and record keeping for the Client’s talent programmes, particularly Graduate Programmes, through creating a library of information, record keeping, and monitoring and tracking of graduate progress.



Provide administration support for Learning and Development and Talent Management:

·         Gather and collate annual training needs and prepare draft budget

·         Administrate the approved training budget throughout the year

·         Assist in sourcing external training providers

·         Administrate evaluation of training and training suppliers

·         Arrange, manage and administrate all aspects of on-site course bookings

·         Deal with ad-hoc training requests and book external training courses as needed

·         Create and maintain training and attendance records

·         Maintain talent tracking, succession planning and development plans

·         Arrange talent meetings as requested

·         Consolidate talent data spreadsheets

·         Set up template spreadsheets for various purposes e.g. training workshops

·         Extract personnel data from HR master data using formulas / V Look-up


Continuous improvement:

·         Review and improve existing forms

·         Review and improve existing IT network folder structures

·         Cleanse / archive existing IT network folders and contents


Administration of Client’s talent programmes:

·         Co-ordinate graduate cohort inductions and make recommendations for improvement

·         Identify generic graduate training needs and identify opportunities for cohort training

·         Create and maintain a library of graduate programmes

·         Create and maintain a record of graduates and development progress

·         Ensure the ongoing progress monitoring of individual graduates

·         Ensure a consistent, recorded, review process across all graduate programmes

·         Administer, monitor and maintain the graduate mentoring scheme to ensure business benefit

·         Create and maintain records for Client’s talent programmes as required


SALARY:                   Negotiable. Please quote the salary you would be looking for.


BENEFITS:               Very Close to the Station.
