LETTINGS MANAGER – PERMANENT – ENFIELD

 

Our client, an established Estate Agency, is looking for a professional and well-presented individual to join their busy office in Enfield as a Lettings Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Lettings Manager or possibly a Senior Lettings professional, looking to take their first step into management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proactive and a proven track record in Lettings at a senior level
  • Smart, well spoken, highly motivated and tenacious
  • Carry out Market Appraisals and property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiating and closing deals with landlords and prospective tenants 
  • Business development including identifying new landlords and attracting them to ourselves (marketing assistance provided)
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
  • Personable, polite and confident telephone manner
  • Good time management and ability to manage others
  • Achieve targets
  • Be able to work effectively within a team
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the local area would be viewed as a bonus
  • A Full clean UK drivers licence is essential

 

TRAINING:

  • The Client has an in house training academy where the successful candidate will be expected to attend at least 3 courses in the next 12 months. They also have a number of internally run courses for letting, legal and customer service.

 

BENEFITS AND SALARY:

  • Competitive Basic salary £20,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
  • Plus commission
  • Car Allowance / Company Car

·         Client will pay for their Monthly parking. 

·         In addition, Client will pay a car allowance between £150 and £200 per Month.

·         Holiday’s allowance (21 days plus Xmas) and they will not be expected to work Bank Holidays.

 

WORK SCHEDULE:   

  • 5 and a half days per week with a day off during the week
