Our Client, a construction company who covers new build, refurbishments and maintenance with specialists in the area of education, medical, retail, food and housing sectors. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to be based in their Yorkshire Office
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and the ability to be flexible and adapt to the role.
Basic knowledge of building trades is essential, along with the understanding of costs and resource pricing.
Must have experience of the job scope below.
A full valid driving licence is also required as the role involves travelling to sites across Yorkshire region.
You will be responsible for the day to day control of reactive and planned maintenance jobs from allocation to completion, providing quotations and daily liaison with maintenance operatives and clients.
You will also be responsible for the financial control of works, managing completion dates to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.
