A growing estate agents in North London are looking for someone to manage their landlords' rental properties. They are searching for someone with strong communication and relationship management skills as the successful applicant will be dealing with clients, landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis, and the successful applicant should have a genuine interest in the property industry.


Job Requirements:

·         Arranging inspections of all properties and feeding back to landlords;

·         Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance issues;

·         Obtaining quotes from contractors;

·         Solving problems and managing a busy and varied workload.

·         You'll be working toward targets so the Client is looking for someone with some drive.

·         Hard working, and highly organised.

·         The ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

·         Most importantly, they are looking for a positive person who will be committed to the role.


Job Experience:

·         2+ year’s residential Property Management experience.

·         Stable work history

·         Office based role so driving licence not essential but must live within a reasonable commute

·         Must have experience of and be able to use CFP Management software

·         Understands routine house maintenance issues


Hours:                        Full time hours Monday to Friday

Salary:                        £25,000 - £30,000
