PROPERTY SURVEYOR – 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT – WILTSHIRE
Our Clientis a Social Enterprise and a group of companies that work toward the collective goal of improving homes and communities. They have opening for a Property Surveyor in their office based in Wiltshire and are particularly interested in candidates with a good level of customer service and property maintenance surveying experience.
JOB SUMMARY
Property surveyors are expected to provide an effective & efficient, customer focused service across all aspects of the services our Client provide. Surveyors are expected to work across any of their three teams: assets, compliance and delivery always operating within the value for money concept and best practice.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
-
GCSE or ‘O’ level standard (or equivalent) with grade C or above in at least 5 subjects including Math, English, Science
-
HND in construction or building surveying and/or relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
-
Experience of maintenance management and/or construction management.
-
Knowledge, understanding and some experience of how to manage contracts within budgetary constraints
-
Involvement/experience of effective project management
-
Used computerised systems within a maintenance environment
-
Experience of contract supervision including the role of Clerk of Works
-
Demonstrates understanding of the purpose of monitoring KPI’s and has experience of contract monitoring

Working knowledge of using maintenance & standard forms of contract
-
Can apply knowledge of H&S regulations including CDM to the working situation
-
Has delivered excellent customer service and has experience of working with the general public
-
Experience of and has contributed to design & implementation of policy & procedure
-
Experience of supervising others in a work situation

CONTRACT DURATION:6 months fixed term
SALARY:£30,000 per annum pro rata.
