Our Client, a Major international Company with interests UK and Worldwide is seeking a Support Officer to join their offices in Surrey.




  • At least 2 years previous experience in a project management office
  • Strong administrative background
  • Applied experience of supporting contracts located in remote environments.
  • Knowledge of procurement and sub-contract processes
  • Proficient in all aspects of MS Office software and SAP
  • Confidence to influence and deal with people at all levels
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team


  • Previous experience with the MOD or Defence Estates
  • Experience with NATO contracts.
  • Experience of working in a SharePoint solution environment
  • Understanding of the facilities management sector
  • Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a non-technical manner
  • Hold, have held or eligible to apply for UK based security clearance (SC Minimal).



Providing support to the FMSO project management team.

Responsible for the following areas within the project team:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining project SharePoint sites. This includes commercial correspondence, QA documentation and document control.
  • Manage invoice approvals and invoicing costs to projects, by scrutinizing invoices for discrepancies and querying. Working with subcontracts to rectify before authorising payments.
  • Working with project controls, overseeing cost scenarios as directed by the PM’s.
  • Complete and submit SAP service requests (SSR’s) for subcontracted services. Ensuring that appropriate funds are allocated, applied to the correct WBS codes.
  • Updating and adjusting service orders for manning changes
  • Analyse and adjust funding streams on service orders to ensure enough funds are available for invoice payment.
  • Management and organisation of training and accreditation courses for deployed teams where needed.
  • Any other administrative functions as required.

  • £30,000 comparable salary



The holiday entitlement for this role is 28 days per annum. There are no commissions overtime payment shift or unsocial hours payments hazardous duties payments and there are no stamps or vouchers or any other remuneration.
