Our Client who has been in the forefront of engineering and consulting for 20 years is looking for a Senior Plant and Piping Designer preferably with Chartered Mechanical Engineering status.

You should have:

Experience in the application of mechanical engineering principles to problems in piping and plant design fluid/flow analysis equipment specification etc.

At least 8-10 years experience and must be able to demonstrate experience as a Designer including experience designing layout of piping electrical commodoties and HVAC ducts.

Significant experience in PDS and knowledge of 3D modeling using PDS is required.

Ability to walk down systems in the field.

Material experience is mandatory for the preperation of project specification and inspection requirements definition.

Familiarity with stress analysis codes, if requested, for the analysis of ISOs.

You must be able to speak ITALIAN. This is essential.

You would be required to:

Provide engineering related design analysis and studies for Oil&Gas projects. Supervise work of draughters, designers and subordinate engineers.

Plan, schedule, conduct or coordinate details phases of engineering work for assigned projects.
