 Our Client, a major international Oil and Gas operator, is URGENTLY seeking a good Administrator to support our client’s solutions and services team.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Must have good general all round administration/secretarial experience.

Must have good IT skills.

Needs to be a quick learner.

Preferably to have worked within the Oil and Gas industry but this is not essential.

 JOB SCOPE:

To ensure that the administration activities required in Global Business Solutions and Service Delivery are undertaken effectively and efficiently.

Collation of HSSE inspection reports and distribution to global IM.

Collation of HSSE action plans with others to form coherent list for Governance.

Portal publishing for GBS team including HSSE and Organisational Development.

Market research and information gathering based on direction from GBS consultants for business assessments.

Management dashboard report production, monthly.

Meeting minutes and action management.

Meeting/event co-ordination.

Organising and administering internal training courses for IM and for business.

Provide administrative support for the outsourcing project, including meeting arrangements, minute taking, document collation and support of the outsourcing consultants.

 Rate: £15-£15.50 ph Ltd Co Rate.

 Duration: 3 months that may well extend to 6 months as this Client is very busy.
