Our Client is an integrated, multi-specialist consultancy offering a broad range of engineering, transport and environmental services for sustainable development, regeneration and infrastructure projects.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
The candidate should be Chartered or near-chartered, and have extensive design experience with all common materials on commercial, residential and retail projects.
This requires the ability to manage own workload, supervise a design team and liaise directly with high profile clients and architects.
Specific experience of medium and high rise design, utilising steel and concrete frames, is essential whilst additional skills or experience in other areas such as post tension design, portals, multi-disciplinary projects, sustainability, 3D design, etc., would be advantageous.
