My client is looking for several SIP experts in access network.

It is one of the worldwide leading suppliers in the field of Broadband Network ( DSL, MSAN, NGN), Mobile Network (GSM/GPRS, UMTS, CDMA), Optical Network, Data Communication, Software and Applications (Intelligent Network)
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications
1. At least have 10 years core/Access network voice design experience in Tele/Data communications. (With international telecom company's experience would be preferred).
2. Familiar with SIP protocol and call flow and ETSI/3GPP IMS PES/PSS standard.
3. Have above 3 years experience in core network AS /Access network SIP AG design.
4. Experience in TISPAN/3GPP PES/PSS standard meeting , and above two standard proposal author.
5. Abundant experience in software engineering.
6. High level design and development experience in the world leading broadband access Company(ALU, NSN, ECI, ERICSSON)
7. Profound understanding to the access network of Tier1 carrier (history, current status, maintenance, future trends, the key issues ...).
8. Fluently spoken English and German.
9. Easy to communicate and work in distributed multicultural
JOB SCOPE:
Requirement background
The desired people who will work in R&D Access Network Division, will be responsible for exploring new requirements/techniques of current access technologies, new requirements/architectures and technologies of future access network, tracing the technology/standard and industry trends, planning and leading the research projects and leading design of new access product platform,
Working language is English.
Responsibilities
1. As the Access network voice expert, attending ETSI standard meeting and DT Enterprise Standard meeting.
2. As the Access network voice expert, attending technical discussion and communication with telecom in Euro project.
3. As a bridge of telecom and R&D. translate telecom requirement to design requirement, providing guidance to requirement design.
4. Research voice solution (including maintain requirements) in the FTTX architecture.
5. Explore the newest requirement with voice, not limit in fixed Access network
6. Research voice solution in Enterprise scenario.
