ARCHITECT - DIRECT HIRE - SAUDI ARABIA

We are instructed to only submit to our Client candidates whose qualifications and experience match client’s specification. Due to Saudi Arabian visa requirements, passports must be Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Uzbekistani and applicants cannot be over 60 years old.

 Our Client, Major and Civil/Building design and construction contractor is seeking an Architect for their project in Saudi Arabia.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• B.S. or M.S. in Architecture.
• Minimum of five to ten year’s relevant experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of design skills and free hand sketching.
• Competency with Adobe Soft wares and CAD.
• Good knowledge in Islamic and Mediterranean Architectures.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing) / Arabic background is preferred. 

 JOB SCOPE:

• Prepare Architectural design guidelines.
• Recommend Architectural style for residential areas, tourist housing, and commercial districts.
• Prepare conceptual layout for recreational centers and sports centers.

 Salary: Negotiable – depending on qualifications and experience.

 Status: Single Status posting (Married/Family may be possible at employee’s own expense).
