Our Client, Major Civil/Building design and construction contractor is seeking a Contract Supervisor for their project in Saudi Arabia.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Civil/Structural discipline College/University degree required with 7-10 years experience as a Field engineer. Experience should relate to construction of major concrete structures, excavation, de-watering, installation of FRP pipes up to 4M diameter, formwork, reinforced concrete construction, rebar, embedded elements and roads & bridge supervision, in addition to some building work with high quality finishes. Some experience on mechanical and electrical installations associated with building work would be advantageous. A basic working knowledge of Primavera (P-5) scheduling software, Microsoft Word and Excel is important.
JOB SCOPE:
Serve a full time Contract Supervisor for construction contracts as assigned by the Facility Contracts Supervisor. Review design packages, contract documents and drawings for constructability. Review contractor schedule and enforces the approved schedule and participate in Work Plan input. Coordinate contractor activity with the work of others, assist contractor in complying with the jobsite work rules, ensure contractor is provided RC furnished materials and support as specified by the contract. Attend or chair meetings with contractor. Ensures contractor complies with company safety policy. Act as primary contact from RC to the contractor in successful performance of the Contract.
