FACILITY CONTRACTS SUPERVISOR - SAUDI ARABIA - DIRECT HIRE

 Our Client, Major Civil/Building design and construction contractor is seeking a Facility Contracts Supervisor for their project in Saudi Arabia.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

 College/University Degree with minimum ten (10) years experience as Field Engineer/Contract Supervisor or similar, with site supervision responsibilities. 5-7 years supervising others is essential. Experience must relate to construction of major facilities such as Industrial Port, Petrochemical Quays including dredging, berths, marine structures, potable water storage tanks, civil infrastructure, concrete repairs and related work including knowledge of mechanical and electrical services. He should have experience in using computer tools for work, including presentation. Marine construction experience and previous overseas assignment is desirable.

 JOB SCOPE:

 Responsible for several contracts facilities including petrochemical quays, port berths, marine structures, civil infrastructures, storage tanks, irrigation and potable water system, concrete corrosion repairs and storm drain systems. Responsible to plan, monitor and evaluate the assigned construction activities, including contractor organization, resources to do the work, execution and administration of the contracts including monitoring schedules. Process contractor request for compensation relating to changes. Ensure that the safety and the quality of work are maintained at all times. Responsible for and directs assigned Contracts Supervisors activities. Participate in meetings held with contractor on contract or contractor performance matters and negotiations. Maintain knowledge of all safety and security laws, standards, code, and regulations. Maintain knowledge of all safety and security laws, standard, code and regulations. Perform other related issues as directed by management. Evaluate change orders and claims.
