Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas, design and construction contractor is seeking a Lead Civil / Structural Engineer for their project in Berkshire..
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
· Knowledge and familiarity with the methods, practices, crafts, tools, equipment, codes, documents, drawings, specifications, requirements, functions and control systems of the EPC business
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and to read and analyze reports and graphs

JOB SCOPE:
· Specification, detail design in collaboration with designers and bid evaluation / vendor document review and approval
· Supervision of Structural / Civil design work, budget and schedule in Project Work where requested by Lead Civil / Structural Engineer
· Liaising with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work
· Search out and clearly understand the Codes and Standards applicable to the work prior to the work being carried out and raise deviations where necessary
