DESIGNERS / SENIOR INSTRUMENT DESIGNER - CONTRACT OR PERMANENT - MIDDLESEX

Our Client, a Major Oil and Gas, design and construction contractor is seeking Designers / Senior Instrument Designers their project in Middlesex.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Essential Skills:
· Experienced instrument designer (5-10 yrs +).
Preferred Skills:
· Good all round instrument design experience, including cable management & routing and nodal diagrams.
· SPI (INtools) experience.
JOB SCOPE:
· Responsible for producing E&I deliverables.
· Fully familiar with use of design functions in InTools and Microstation.
· Deliver all discipline engineering design activities to cost, schedule and quality criteria.
Responsibilities:
· Checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation.
· Undertake tasks on behalf of Lead Designer as directed.
· Liaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel, vendors, etc.
· Ensure all design drawings and documents are complete within the allocated hours and in accordance with the programme.
· Preparation of detailed drawings and documents to the requirements of the Lead Designer/Lead Engineer.
Rate: £32.50 - £42 per hour, ltd. co. rate
Salary: £30,000 to £46,000 plus large company benefits
