SENIOR TEST MANAGER - CONTRACT - CHINA

 Our Client, a major force in the telecommunications network arena, are looking for exceptional innovators and technologists to help design the NGN and peripheral technology solutions to shape the future of telecoms carriers.

 Description:

• As a consultant, sometimes Senior Test Manager will work in China, sometimes work in their own office, and will be involved in  workshop, test process improvement, test objectivity design, test standard draft, and so on. activities including:
• Test Strategy and Test analysis, Risk, Entry and Exit criteria,
• Evaluate test efficiency

• Test process improvement

 Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Currently works as a Test Expert and Manager  in telecom equipment vendor or work in test tool company (Mercury/ Rational / Telelogic etc),
• At least 15 years R&D experience and deep understanding in testing
• Frequent speaker at international testing conferences
• Good experience in test organization, test matrix, test quality, and so on.

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Good communications and presentation skills
• The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment

             The ability to think of novel solutions and prove them

 Rate: 60-80 Euros per hour

 Duration: 6 months +
