Description:
Experience
1. Relevant degree
2. Over 10 years experience in international telecom companies
3. Over 6 years experience in test activities and as a test leader.
4. Well-versed and experienced in test design techniques, good ability to develop new test design methods based which can be used in practical product development projects.
5. Outstanding experience in
---Test requirements analysis and management (e.g. testability, non-ambiguous, consistent, traceable, priority, etc.)
---Test behavioral modeling (e.g. use case analysis, model based testing, failure modes and effects analysis, test automation, etc)
---White-box testing, Black-box functional testing , solution testing and acceptance testing design
---Architecture and design reviews, inspection and assessment
---Quality assessment (both functional and non-functional, e.g. safety, security, usability, performance, robustness, maintenance etc.)
6. Extensive knowledge of telecom and/or datacom technologies. Experience in
--- Network/Transport level protocols (IPv4/IPv6, TCP, UDP, HTTP…)
--- VoIP technologies (optional)
--- XDSL/GPON technologies(optional)
--- Optical Transport Network technologies(optional)
JOB SCOPE:
1. Is in charge of building a test design expert team with innovative and competent test design workflow and test methodologies, identifies key test design technologies for Wireline products and initiates projects to research.
2. Leads the technical study projects in the test..
3. ---To acquire and analyze customer's requirements.
---To define and assess the appropriate test strategy of testing activities
---To define the test process and activities in different test stage such as unit/integration test, system test, solution test, etc
---To analyze the test specifications and design the test scheme
---To submit the automation requirements to automation test team
---To guide the function, performance, reliability, QoS, Security, etc. test cases design activities
---To assess the quality of test design through effective method, tools and etc.
4. Participates in technology planning activities.
Rate: 70-100 euros
Duration: 6-12 months plus
