 Our Client, a major force in the telecommunications network arena, are looking for exceptional innovators and technologists to help design the NGN and peripheral technology solutions to shape the future of telecoms carriers.

 Description:

 1.         Graduated in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant subjects.

2.         Over 10 years experience in international telecom companies. (experience in world-class top 3 telecom vender and operator is in high priority, especially working in Research teams)

3.         Over 6 years experience in software design and development,

4.         Good experience in software requirement analysis, architecture design, software development, quality assessment

5.         Experienced in test activities including test design, functional and non-functional test, and test automation.

6.         Good comprehension of current network development.

7.         Extensive knowledge of telecom and/or datacom technologies. Experience in

Network/Transport level protocols (IPv4/IPv6, TCP, UDP, HTTP…)

VoIP technologies (optional)

XDSL/GPON technologies(optional)

Optical Transport Network technologies(optional)

8.         Willingness to accommodate travels in other cities or other countries as required.

 JOB SCOPE:

 The Chief Test Architect responsibilities are

1.         Is in charge of building a test architecture team, build an innovative, practical and competent system architecture of Testability and Maintenance for the future Wireline product, identifies key technologies for Designing for Testability and Designing for Maintenance.

2.         Leads the test architecture development team cooperating closely with system architect team.

         The responsibilities include the following

To acquire and analyze Testability and Maintenance requirements.

To define and assess the general test scenarios which will be the base of test architecture.

To analyze the specifications of the test architecture

To define the automation requirements and specifications for the test architecture.

To guide design and development activities

To assess the quality of the test architecture through effective method, tools and etc.

3.         Participates in technology planning activities. Provides the understanding and evolution of future test architecture. Establishes the roadmap of improvement of the weak point in the test architecture. Initiates the key technology research project for making decisions.

4.         Participates in industry standards, forum and conferences and acquire information about test technologies.

5.         Travels to other R&D centers in other cities or countries to takes part in important report and communication meetings.

 Rate:  70-100 euros

Duration:  6-12 months plus
