Our Client is a market leader in providing specialist
software, outsourcing and information technology (IT) services to the human
resources, local government, education and public safety markets. They are
currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive for their office in Bedfordshire.

JOB
SCOPE:
Overall
job purpose:
This is a
new position that has been created to increase the capabilities of the in-house
Telemarketing team. The Company is one of the UK’s
leading suppliers of HR, Payroll and Pensions software solutions and services to
all market sectors with a client community of over 2,500 organisations.
The overall
purpose of this office based role is to work as part of the Telemarketing team
to generate high quality new business leads for the SME and LME Sales team
through targeted campaigns.
Key
Responsibilities:
As a member
of the Telemarketing team you will be required to assist with the following:

Generating high quality leads, as per the agreed KPI’s
- Maintain
and improve the profile of the Company via telephone
calls. Portraying the Company in a professional and
friendly manner.

Support/Contribute with Telemarketing initiatives /campaigns
-
Accountability for maintaining Salesnet tracking system.
-
Demonstrate the Telemarketing team in a positive light with other departments.
- There may
also be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to
maximise the contribution to the Company’s goals and
objectives.
- Produce
data and reports for the business as and when required.
- Assist,
where necessary, the Telemarketing Manager with any additional requirements.
- Adhere to
corporate policies and procedures as appropriate.
Supplementary:
To perform
all duties in accordance with the Company, Health & Safety, Data Protection and
Quality policy procedures.
There may
be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the
contribution to the Company’s HR’s goals and
objectives.
Salary:
£16,000 to £18,000
