FIELD CIVIL ENGINEER - DIRECT HIRE - SAUDI ARABIA

Our Client, Major and Civil/Building design and construction contractor is seeking a Field Civil Engineer for their project in Saudi Arabia.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
College/University Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience. Candidate must have experience in highways and bridges including earthwork, infrastructure work, asphalt paving, construction traffic management, reinforced/pre-stressed concrete structures and as-builts quantities tracking. Candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
JOB SCOPE:
Monitor contractor Quality Control Program. Maintain project safety awareness and enforce company safety policy. Facilitate coordination of contractor’s work with third parties. Review and respond to contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering Department on technical issues. Supervise quantity take-offs. Monitor as-builts. Prepare daily report on each contractor. Evaluate construction material testing results. Provide technical support to the preparation of Field Change Request and Change Orders. Participate in construction progress meetings. Participate in final inspection and prepare punch lists. Review engineering packages for constructability issues and lessons learned.
Status: Single Status posting (Married/Family may be possible at employee’s own expense).
Salary: Negotiable – depending on qualifications and experience.
Duration: Long term.
